WOMAN OF THE MONTH – MAY 2011 Kate Middleton

Kate Middleton has been named midlifebachelor.com’s Woman of the Month for May 2011!

We here at midlifebachelor.com essentially jumped on the bandwagon with respect to our choosing Kate Middleton for Woman of the Month – she is everywhere!  You cannot go one day watching television without seeing something about her.  She does look a little overwhelmed with all of the attention, but I’m sure she will adjust to it over time.  God help her if she ever grows a pimple on her forehead – that would be front-page news!

Okay – so the Royal Wedding was April 29, 2011 – and (as of today) we are unsure what royal title or designation that Kate Middleton will receive.  It actually depends on what Prince William wants.  If nothing changes, and Prince William stays “Prince William”, then she will become known as “Her Royal Highness Princess William of Wales”.  Now often royal men receive a dukedom when they marry, and if that is the case then Kate Middleton will become a duchess.   Another option is that Queen Elizabeth creates a new title just for Kate, such as “Princess of the United Kingdom”.  I guess we shall see.

Currently 29-years old, Catherine Elizabeth “Kate” Middleton was born on January 9, 1982, and grew up in Chapel Row at Bucklebury, Berkshire in the UK.  After attending Marlborough College, she studied at the University of St. Andrews, where she met Prince William in 2001.  Now I won’t bore you with more details on Kate’s history – you can do a google search, if you wish.  One thing that is interesting though – she bears a striking resemblance to our selection for last month’s Woman of the Month, Nicole Lapin.  Take a look – and judge for yourself.
