Maria Quiban, morning weather reporter for Fox 11 News in LA, has been selected as the midlifebachelor.com Woman of the Month for June 2013!
Maria Quiban began working at Fox 11 News in Los Angeles in May 2000, and instantly made an impact because she is both exotic and articulate. Â She was born in Cebu City, Philippines – and was raised in Hawaii. Â Prior to working at Fox 11 News, she was a weather reporter for OCN (Orange County News) in California, plus she also worked in Hawaii at NBC News 8 in Honolulu. Â Maria studied journalism at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and earned her Meteorology degree from Mississippi State University.
Maria Quiban enjoys speaking with young, single mothers about how to succeed. Â Maria was once a teenage single mother herself, at age 17. Â Information on Maria Quiban’s personal life is hard to find – but it appears she was born in October 1970 … which makes her roughly 42 years old. Â She also appears to be married to her third husband. Â She has two children – her first son from when she was age 17, and another child in 2010. Â We do not know anything about Maria Quiban’s husband – but he is obviously a very lucky man.
We would love to get some more information about Maria Quiban so if you know her, and can tell us about her – please use the COMMENT section at the bottom of this page.
Here are two videos of Maria Quiban in action. Â I like this first video a lot because Maria is dancing when she does the weather forecast. Â I, personally, think all weather women should report the weather while dancing in leather skirts – yes!!! Â ha ha ha
