WOMAN OF THE MONTH – JUNE 2010 Amy Robach

Amy Robach of MSNBC has been selected as the midlifebachelor.com Woman of the Month for June 2009!

FEBRUARY 13, 2010 UPDATE – There are unconfirmed reports that Amy Robach and Andrew Shue were married in an afternoon ceremony last Saturday at The Lighthouse at New York City’s Chelsea Piers.  It is the second marriage for both Robach, a former Miss Georgia pageant winner, and Shue, the co-founder of the non-profit volunteerism organization, “Do Something”.

Midlifebachelor.com is pleased to announce that Amy Robach of MSNBC has been named our Woman of the Month for June 2009!  Amy’s nomination came from the midlifebachelor.com community – as I don’t usually watch MSNBC where Amy is a daytime anchor.  However, I’ve seen a few video clips of Amy – and holy smoke is she ever hot.   One of her best more recent interviews was with Rod Blagojevich, the disgraced former Illinois governor – Amy gave an outstanding interview … and the only reason I don’t show it here is that I don’t enjoy giving politicians under investigation or indictment any publicity.  You can google it though, if you wish.

Here is what we know about Amy Robach.  She is 36 years old – born on February 6, 1973 in St. Joseph, Michigan, and grew up in St. Louis, and also Snelville, Georgia … later graduating with high honors in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Georgia.  She worked at WTTG in Washington, D.C. before coming to MSNBC in 2003.   She currently lives in Manhattan with her husband, Tim McIntosh, and their two daughters.  There is an internet rumor going around that she is no longer wearing her wedding ring, and is possibly about to get a divorce … however, this rumor is completely unsubstantiated as of today (June 1, 2009).
