Michelle Valles, weekend anchor for NBC4’s Today in LA, has been selected as the midlifebachelor.com Woman of the Month for January 2014!
Michelle Valles is a stunning Latina reporter who arrived in LA after spending time as a broadcast journalist in various parts of Texas. Now I can personally attest to the hotness of Texas Latinas – having spent a fair amount of time there, myself. Michelle Valles exemplifies that southern Latina perfection – everything about her is hot hot hot. Sorry – but I really like Latinas who look just like Michelle. ha ha
We don’t know too much about Michelle Valles’ personal life – we have no idea if she is married, or dating, or has children. There just isn’t much information available about her. We (the midlife bachelors of America) would love to believe she is single, and that those of us who live in the Los Angeles area have a shot at dating her someday. We do know that she went to the University of Texas, Austin where she graduated – but we do not know what degree she received, nor do we know what year she graduated … which also means we do not know how old she is. MAYBE Michelle Valles will read this, and either email us at info at midlifebachelor.com, or leave a COMMENT at the bottom of this page, and give us some additional details so we can update her fan page right here.
As far as Michelle Valles career goes, she did a great job at the various stations in Texas she worked for – with exceptional pieces on Americans being detained in Mexican prisons, the Juarez murders, conditions within Mexican orphanages, and hurricanes Katrina and Rita. She was voted Best Anchor by the Texas Associated Press, the Austin Chronicle, and Rare Magazine. Before moving to LA and joining the NBC4 team, she appeared on the HBO Latino series Habla Texas, and was also the co-creator, writer and co-host of the hour lifestyle show Austin Live. She appeared in the ABC Family series The Lying Game, the feature film When Angels Sing, and the musical A Ride with Bob. One of her greatest and most memorable recent achievements while at NBC4 in LA includes coverage of Rodney King’s death.
Here are several videos of Michelle Valles in action. I especially enjoy this first video because she shows a lot of her personality, plus she discusses some of the challenges she experienced in Austin, TX when she would sign off the news with the phrase, “Hasta manana” (“until tomorrow”). Personally, I’m glad she is here in LA, where she can say that to me 50 times a day, and I’ll be entertained … because we LOVE the Latinas here …
