WOMAN OF THE MONTH – APRIL 2011 Nicole Lapin

Nicole Lapin was recently also named our midlifebachelor.com Woman of the Month for July 2013 – where you can find updates on her plus photos of her that she, herself, passed along to midlifebachelor.com … for the midlife bachelors of America to enjoy.  Check out her Nicole Lapin – Woman of the Month for July 2013 page to check it all out.  Reader enthusiasm is responsible for Nicole Lapin as this month’s choice.  If you have not seen Nicole Lapin lately, that is probably because she is on CNBC’s “Worldwide Exchange” business news program which airs on weekdays from 4 a.m. to 6 a.m.  Prior to coming to CNBC, Nicole Lapin had been a CNN anchor – and that’s more likely where many people remember her from.  [She was CNN’s youngest anchor ever at age 25.]

Here’s the story behind Nicole Lapin.  She was born in March 1984 – which makes her 27 years old.  Raised in the Los Angeles area by a scientist father, and her mother who is a former Israeli beauty queen, she attended Harvard at age 15, then went on to study European Union politics at Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and graduated from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.  She worked as a business and technology reporter for the First Business Network, then became a general assignment and investigative reporter at a CBS affiliate in Palm Springs, CA, Lexington, KY, and Sioux Falls, SD.  Nicole joined CNN in 2006 as an anchor – and was known for reporting major events such as the 2008 Presidential Election, the Michael Jackson memorial service, and for interviewing Governer Arnold Schwartzenegger during one of California’s budget crises.

On a more personal note, she is rumored to be a vegan – and also rumored to be single … although Nicole Lapin has apparently been romantically linked to Twitter founder, Jack Dorsey.  She has appeared on the covers of PowerGirls Magazine and also Eliza magazine.  Some people think that Nicole Lapin looks like Kate Middleton (future Queen of England).
