ATTN GOOGLE – The page below is typical of the major site overhaul I have in progress right now – which I hope to go live with in the next week or two. The problems I am seeing which started on 11/5/2007 are:
1) The bottom two (of three) 160×90 link units on the right show up as a PAGE NOT FOUND but only in IE6 and IE7 (under XP Professional). Problem shows itself using several different PCs. In FireFox 2.0.0.9 and Safari, the bottom two on the right side show up as empty white space … which is better than the PAGE NOT FOUND message, but there aren’t any link units.
2) All link units created before sometime in the afternoon on 11/5/2007 work fine – the problems have arisen in link units that were created between then and now. You guys have some new interface for ad/link unit creation for Adsense for Content – which takes me longer to use, and the link units that are generated have the problems documented here.
